Versatile and Powerful Performance
The 2022 Bronco gives you two engine options, both of which are equipped with 4-wheel drive.
The standard engine is a 2.3L EcoBoost® I-4 engine with up to 300 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque. It works with a manual 7-speed transmission.
The other engine option is also an EcoBoost® engine but gives you a bit more power. The available 2.7L EcoBoost® V6 produces up to 330 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque. The 10-speed SelectShift® automatic transmission offers a smooth transition when you shift gears.
The Bronco is always ready to head off-road. It comes equipped with a Terrain Management System™ with five G.O.A.T. (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain) Modes™. Depending on which trim you choose, you’ll get additional terrain modes, like Baja, Mud/Ruts, and Rock Crawl modes.
Technology Inside the Ford Bronco
Plenty of tech is found inside the Bronco to help you enjoy the ride.
The standard infotainment system is the center for technology inside the Bronco. With the SYNC® 4 software and 8-inch touchscreen, you get smartphone integration, which allows you to stream music, take phone calls, and much more. You can even opt for in-vehicle navigation and a 12-inch touchscreen.
Voice recognition lets you keep your hands on the wheel, and the available 10-speaker B&O® Sound System by Bang & Olufsen® gives you a great listening experience.

The 2022 Bronco is available with safety and driver-assistive systems to keep you, other drivers, and pedestrians safe. There are six available systems that a part of the Ford Co-Pilot360™ Technology package, including:
- Auto High-Beam Headlamps
- Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking
- Rear View Camera with backup assist grid lines
Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking can help you avoid collisions with pedestrians or vehicles ahead of you.
Auto High-Beam Headlamps help increase visibility at night by automatically toggling between high beams and low beams depending on traffic and visibility.
The Rear View Camera helps you see obstacles behind you when you’re in reverse. The view from behind your vehicle will be displayed on your infotainment system’s screen, making it easy to see.
